This electric salt and pepper grinder is built around a ceramic grinding core rather than a metal one. HOW TO USE

1. Remove the black top cap and fill the clear chamber with whole peppercorns, or with rock salt for the second mill. Refit the cap.
2. Hold the mill over your plate or pan.
3. Press the button on the top cap — the LED lights up and the grinder runs; the spice is ground out of the base.
4. Release the button to stop. Wipe the body with a damp cloth when finished; do not immerse the body in water.
